Frank Clegg is the chairman of Navantis Inc. He holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. From 1991 to 2005, Frank was with Microsoft Canada, serving as president from 2000 to 2005. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Indigo Books and Music. He also serves as the CEO adviser of KINSA (Kids Internet Safety Association).

Brenda Potter Phelan is a graduate of York University and is a CGA. Brenda is a former founding partner of Phelan & Stodulski, Certified General Accountants, of Oakville. She sold her practice in 2006 in order to concentrate solely on providing clients with part-time and interim CFO services. Brenda works with many Oakville-based entrepreneurial companies and non-profit organizations. She is a former director of the Joshua Creek Residents Association.

Lawrence Zimmering is a Canadian business leader with specific skills in environmental planning and engineering. He spent 18 years working for a large multi-national engineering firm, first as a founder and builder of the environmental division, and then taking overall responsibility for a wide variety of energy, infrastructure and environmental projects. Lawrence is a founder of the Weather Network as well as a publicly traded business process outsourcing company. He holds a BSc. (McGill University) and an MA in Regional and Resource Planning (University of Waterloo). Lawrence brings his passion to many community activities and in 2010 was named Honourary Chair of the Ride to Conquer Cancer.

Susan Hyatt is President and CEO of HYATTDIO Inc., a global strategy company. Her clients include governments and global technology companies. She currently serves on the HIMSS (U.S.) Global Enterprise Task Force, studying best practices in electronic health initiatives, and on the Advisory Board of BSharp Technologies, a software development company providing productivity solutions across a range of industries. Karen Koury is a senior professional risk manager with a major Canadian financial institution, and has more than 22 years’ experience in credit and operational risk management. Karen is a member of the board of directors of the Toronto Chapter of the Risk Management Association, where she is Program Chair. She holds a BA and an MBA from Concordia University, as well as a Credit Risk Certification degree from the U.S.-based Risk Management Association. Karen is responsible for C4CA’s Street Captain program.

Lee Battison has been an Oakville resident for 22 years. He has 25 years of senior management experience in manufacturing, including several years of international experience in Asian and European business development. He retired from the manufacturing sector in 2007 and is now completing a PhD on the technical and economic feasibility of renewable energy generation at the University of Guelph.
Pauline Watson is currently a Technical Expert for a large Engineering Consulting firm and has worked for over 30 years as a professional engineer in the electricity generating field in Ontario. She has a B.Sc. (honours) Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a M.A. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. She has been a resident of Oakville for 18 years.
Shawn Dion has over 25 years experience in the energy management and building services industry. He is currently President of Sennit Limited, a private equity investment firm. Prior to founding Sennit, he was Vice President of Rose Technology Group, a leading energy performance contractor in Canada and one of the largest in North America. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a B.A.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Barb Weis is the Administrator for Gren Weis Architect + Associates. She is a past president and an 8 year board member of Oakville Galleries. Barb received the "Above and Beyond" award from the Oakville Arts Council and with Gren, the prestigious "Samuel E. Weir Corporate Partner" award from the Ontario Association of Art Galleries. She studied at Bethel University, the University of Minnesota and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
Jim Goodfellow was Vice Chairman of Deloitte & Touche LLP prior to his retirement in 2008, and has over 40 years of experience in public accounting and providing assurance and advisory services, primarily to large public companies. He is one of three recipients of the 2009 ICA Award of outstanding and he is a frequent speaker at conferences related to financial reporting, corporate governance, securities regulation and audit committees.
