Committee Structure

Committees have been created to support ongoing activities and recommend actions and opportunities to the Board of Directors. Each committee has a specific charge or set of tasks. At least one board member serves on each committee and all committees are open to accepting new members. Committees meet regularly and major actions and information are summarized for the weekly meetings of the Board of Directors.

The following committees have been developed:
