C4CA’s financial affairs are conducted in a responsible manner, using best practices and consistent with the ethical obligations of good stewardship and in compliance with all applicable laws.
All contributions received will support our goals and the corporate objectives established on incorporation
A system exists for tracking all revenue and expense streams to comply with government reporting and to effectively manage finances.
Written financial policies exist that govern internal control procedures related to purchasing practices and the handling of all incoming contributions.
Annual Financial statements are key to achieving transparency and accountability to our members. Annual financial statements will be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards and made accessible to members upon request.
Annual financial statements will be audited by an independent public accountant. Parker Simone LLP has accepted this engagement for the year ending September 30, 2010
